The tender for the tank transporters started to mass production with the agreement signed on 10 August 2018 and 72 tank carrier vehicles were officially delivered on 26 November 2019.
Tank transporters projected under the leadership of the Ministry of National Defence with totally domestic and national capabilities were produced for the efficient transportation of all kinds of military and civilian vehicles, M60 Tank, Fırtına Howitzer, Leopard Tank, Armored Battle Vehicle, Armored Personnel Carrier and especially the Altay Tank.
